Most ddev commands take the project as the first argument. For example `ddev ssh

A global flag is a reasonable thing. I don't see how it would hurt anything, and could really help.

If you got this to work by *removing* "removed the line with the host.docker.internal from /etc/hosts" then I think it means that something else in your environment is providing host.docker.internal...
