Feature: allow to disable paging

I prefer, when reading some docs, to not have paging and use my scroll functions. I didn't find a way to disable paging. Tried:

  • unset PAGER
  • NOPAGER=1
  • there is no possible flag to nd

Is there currently a way to do it ? If not, can this be supported ?
