Expand clips

It would be nice to be able to expand clips rather than be stuck with the size of the clip when the clip was first created.

Not sure if I can work it out. The clips mechanics kinda don't let me ATM as they are linked clones - imagine that there are few clips close to each other - there is just no space if you resize one.
