Step-by-step instructions, clarification needed for firmware upgrade

Hi,

I'm confused. I've read ChromeOS Firmware Utility and have gotten to the point where I see this menu:

Am I supposed to do all the enabled (cyan) steps the script presents, or only "1) Install/Update RW_LEGACY Firmware"?

You only need to update your firmware (and, due to the [WP] indicator, none of the other options would succeed if attempted).
