Support for Azure Managed Disks

Summary

Please add support for azure managed disks

New Feature

The document suggests that currently Rexray only supports azure unmanaged disks only. Azure managed disks were released in early February and they are the future. We have started using azure managed disks for all new deployments. please add support for azure managed disks.

I'd believe that this should be a libstorage item instead of rexray, since Azure Managed Disks are a storage provider.

That's a good question b/c https://github.com/codedellemc/libstorage doesn't appear to have an Issues section.

Hi @jzampieron,

libStorage has been merged into REX-Ray as of 0.10.0. Please file any issues against REX-Ray. FWIW, libStorage's GH README does indicate this transition:

Wondering if any progress has been made to this issue. We are looking for rexray to support azure managed disks in a scale set.
