Place name errors

Just browsing through the output file (version 978caab ) I noticed a couple errors in place names:

  • As far as I can tell, there's no Michigan, Argentina. There is a town of 2500 people called Argentine, Michigan.
  • County without a county name
  • San missing rest of name
