Transparent window removes settings buttons

The "File", "Edit", and "Help" buttons disappear and can't be clicked in transparent window mode. Notably, this means you have to edit the INI if you want to disable the mode.

You can access the settings via right-clicking the system tray icon. I probably should include this in the release notes
