CEO.promise.refund broken

Expected Behavior

When the CEO promises a refund, emails should not be ignored and the refund should be issued

Current behaviour

CEO goes silent after promising refund

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign up for AgentGPT
2. Report non functioning system
3. Request Refund
4. Receive Promise from CEO
5. Check bank balance

Possible solution

The CEO should stick to his word
