Add Loading spinner when the rn-buffer-carousel is activated and bufferSize="1"

How do i add a loading spinner when the rn-buffer-carousel is true and the default bufferSize is set to 1. I need to show the Loading Spinner before the 2nd element showsup. Can someone helpme with this. Please let me know if you have any doubts. Thank you in advance
