Re-use console log output window

If I launch launcher.exe from FAR window and start DB packing then xrCompress reuse FAR window for log output. It's causing multiple artefacts in FAR window overlapped by FAR UI. Why launcher do not create new console window in child process for log output?

My OS is Windows 10 x64 version 1607 (10.0.14393).
