[BUG] Emojis Do Not Appear in Embed Titles Through Unicode

What happened?

I expect for Emojis to properly appear in embed tiles, not the emoji Unicode. Instead, I got emoji unicode in the embed title instead of emojis themselves. This may be only related to bots.
