bug: Screen Refresh Rate locks to 49hz when the app is rendered

What happened?

I got a 280hz monitor and every time the Revolt desktop app is on the screen, the whole screen fps drop to a constant 50 fps. Using the monitor internal FPS overlay, it's clearly visible. Using OBS to record seems to force the screen to run at full speed so I can't really include any clip of it. It also seems to only happens when an animation plays.

This only happens with Hardware Acceleration ON. I'm using a RTX3060 with the 531.68 driver. Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22631.1830
