Cannot edit backend behind Nginx Proxy Manager reverse proxy

I'm experiencing an issue where I cannot edit any of the backend entries from the settings page while I'm accessing Fenrus from behind my Nginx Proxy Manager reverse proxy. I can edit it just fine when accessing the docker container with using it's port number, but if I go through the proxy front end, no dice. Any thoughts?
