SmartApp overlay icons incorrect/not using icon set for the app

I noticed this with the Tautulli smartapp when size set to large or anything bigger. The overlay icon was showing the Plex icon. Changing the icon did not change the overlay icon. I also tried changing the icon for the Plex smartapp and it stayed the default Plex logo not the one i changed it to.

This is how it is in the edit groups section.

On the dashboard set to Medium size.

On the dashboard set to Large size.
