Prepopulate Docker name for app

As a user i would want the Docker name for the app instance to be pre-populated per app with either the app name or the filterable list of all current apps on the selected docker sock to allow easier selection for each app.

my plan is to do a combobox (editable dropdown) with all the containers on that docker instance. just have to make the control.
