Remove padding from .rev-Content

What is the current behavior?

While adding Harmonium to a theme, I noticed that .rev-Content contains padding on the left & right by default.

For feature requests: why should the behavior change?

This issue came up when I was attempting to add an edge-to-edge background to a row. The padding kept the background from reaching the edge of the screen.
