What if a feebump input is more valuable than the bumped utxo
~~What if dust: the necessary amount needed to bump this spend exceeds the unvault txo amount~~ Chose 200k sat as dust limit for now for transactions pre-signed by the stakeholders.
How should received dust be handled in the UI

~~What if the software is killed after requesting the spend tx signature to the cosigning server but before broadcasting it~~ Not a concern anymore once we have the cosigning server always return previous signatures
What if the spend is actually never broadcast

We need a dust-watch-limit on the watchtower. What is a good default value ? 1M sat sounds good
