Hello!

I think you have seen that your app has been incredibly useful for a lot of folks, and it would be really nice if we could keep your repository as upstream. Would you entertain the idea of having others help you maintain this repository, so PRs could be processed and issues can be fixed?

EDIT: For reference, I have been keeping up a downstream fork here: https://gitlab.com/kop316/duo-cli which as all of the PRs integrated. It would only take an hour or so to remerge all of that here, which would be nice for everyone else to see.
