Add setting to disable cloze cards from highlights

I would like to be able to use ==highlight== in my notes without generating cloze cards from the highlights.

Add an additional setting that would allow us to disable the creation of cloze cards based on ==highlight==.

@lukePeavey I would really appreciate it. But notice that is similar to #82. So it would be nice to provide two settings, one to disable the highlight version and one for the curly cloze. Both of them in my opinion should have the default setting enabled.

Run into same issue ,unnecessary cloze cards generated :(
How about an option to create a cloze one only with a flashcard tag?

@reuseman thanks for the response, I will start working on a PR. I agree, it makes sense to have both setting enabled by default since that is the current behavior.

Another vote for this feature! It doesn't make sense.. as currently it just goes through all the file ,when I even didn't put a '#card' tag around those places..

Hello, adding my vote to this. Without an option to disable or change cloze tags, it complicates writing notes containing maths or code.
