No new line between headings causes problems

NOTE: Do you have the last version of the plugin? If not that's probably the problem

When you don't add an empty line between sections/headings, weird things happen. For example, the first card from the top heading will output a "context" on the front of the card that's in vertical formation, instead of horizontal (e.g. Heading1 > Heading 2 > ...). Also, sometimes it's not even picked up are all.
