Add scrolling through playlist view while holding middle mouse button

I just switched to using this plugin in order to be able to use this and I just noticed I can't hold the middle mouse button to scroll the playlist view horizontally or vertically like I can with the default UI.

How hard would it be to implement this feature?

It's somewhere between small and medium in terms of the size of the task.

I personally haven't used that method of scrolling for many years – if the output switcher is the only reason you switched, then you could also try foobar2000 1.4 beta as its Default UI has that feature as well.
