File embeds do not come back after switching tabs

When nesting file embeds within tabs, the embed will disappear after switching and will not load until you restart the page. These files are working and should show up normally.

Additionally, embeds present within inactive tabs never load as it is not the first tab. This seems to affect both embeds from direct files and YouTube. See the video below:
