VNC console launch failed

always report "Server disconnected (code: 1006)"

I got the same error: '500 inner server error', which I found that the function of get_console_type, get_console_websocket_port, get_console_passwd get values are None.

On noVNC window ,I got the same error "Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)" in webvirtmgr-console.log ,the infomations as below: WARNING:root:No local_settings file found. ERROR:root:Fail to retrieve console connexion infos for token 1-b4397ac4-7703-888b-0cb2-966480c57c8b : unable to open database file what can i do to resolve this?
