Report it to the developer of GeyserExtras, I don't see what packetevents has to do with it? As themessage suggests, you have to download packetevents and put it into your plugins folder.

it already is. that's the problem. that's why it says "PacketEvents installed: Yes"

I still don't see that packetevents is the problem here? It's clearly something on the plugins side. Nothing in the output shows that the issues comes from packetevents. If you've already created an issue in their GitHub page - good. But I'm pretty sure that this is one here can be closed..
