Connection problems with ViaVersion on server 1.21.4 with version 1.21.5
Describe the bug For over a month now I have not been able to connect having put ViaVersion on my server 1.21.4 the clients 1.21.5, I tried with different clients but the result was always the same, in 99% of cases the clients were disconnected when they tried to connect. After several tests with and without plugins, with different forks of paper and bungeecord I discovered that the cause is PacketEvents on my Proxy, without instead I do not have these problems.

Software brand Universe-1.21.4-4f6cdd2 (MC: 1.21.4) and FlameCord 2.3.7
Plugins As I said I tried all the plugins until I understood that the problem is PacketEvents, so the only relevant plugin is ViaVersion 5.3.3.
How To Reproduce
- Use Flamecord 2.3.7 with packetevents-bungeecord-2.8.0-SNAPSHOT
- Create a paper server in 1.21.4 with ViaVersion 5.3.3
- Enter with 1.21.5 client, Sometimes it doesn't give the error and doesn't kick out but almost always it does, so try to enter/exit several times. Once it gives the error it won't let you enter even once more.
Expected behavior It should not give the error and let 1.21.5 clients in as well.
Additional context I'll add that this only happens with paper 1.21.4 servers, my lobbies in 1.21.1 have no problems with 1.21.5 clients.
