Is this plugin still being developed? If so, would it be possible to update it to work with Zotero 7?

@nhan000, in the meantime, it's fairly straightforward to set up Zotero 6 and 7 to run side-by-side. That way, you can easily do most of your work in Zotero 7. Then, whenever you need report customizer or another not-yet-updated add-on, you can easily pop open Zotero 6 to access those features.

@dstark I just set it up and it looks fine so far. Still feel a bit icky just because I don't know if I've messed up some steps and worry about the integrity of my database, even though Zotero 6 can now open Zotero 7 database (still can't read Zotero 7 new annotation types).

However, this really provides a great way to use Zotero 6 plugins when needed. Thanks a lot!

I was worried about that initially too, which is one reason I set up the profiles independently. That way, each database has to synchronize down from the Zotero servers, which should help keep things from going wonky. Will still be nice to have everything in Zotero 7 one day, but this arrangement seems to do pretty well in the meantime as a workaround.

Hello I work in a very locked down environment, and I use Zotero on a daily basis to perform my work. I was able to get a more recent upgrade to Zotero desktop (6.0.36) recently, only to discover that the zotero report customiser I installed no longer works. This is the most efficient method for me to edit the content in the report. Is there any chance that this add-in will be updated in the near future? Many thanks in advance

Near future seems unlikely, but if you are experiencing problems on Zotero 6, that is a different issue from #88.

@tdev-vgls see #79. I'm currently poking around with this: https://matthewaquilina.net/zotero_report_cleaner which is implemented in Python (https://github.com/mattaq31/Zotero-Report-Cleaner) so I have a chance of actually helping. 😅
