Juris-M record types (e.g. "case") now show no metadata

Hi,

for whatever reason, Juris-M record types now do not show any metadata. They do, however, show attachments, notes, and quality report information.

As an aside, if you have time to look into this, I would appreciate it if you would alias "case name" onto "title." Cases have a "case name" but not a title (usually) and no other document type has a "case name."
