Idk if this is still a thing. Needs to be confirmed using new GUI v6. I restructured the location of dynamic libraries for both BrainFlow and GUI Helpers.

Relates to data saved from the OpenBCI GUI. Though, we can also save data in BrainFlow CSV and BDF format. **Resolving this issue also means specifying if this is true...

This is no longer necessary due to updating to GUI v6, Processing 4, and Java 17. This can be removed from the docs.
