Check if D678 wants digic_iso_step() moving

In crop_rec_4k branch, state-object.c, we have this new guard, should it also apply to D678? #if !defined(CONFIG_DIGIC_V) digic_iso_step() This is because digic_iso_step() has moved for CONFIG_DIGIC_V, but still we want to know which D678 should be. Maybe it will help with something?

What should the guard really be?
