Define desired feature set for new cams

Here I think we don't have any strict requirements - so long as it's well communicated what is included for each new cam.

Thus this ticket is for discussion of what features have acceptable time cost to add. Probably there are some fairly easy yet useful features that can be enabled, that we just haven't tried to get working yet.

It's certainly not feasible to have unified features between old and new cams any time soon. It's also not feasible to have the same feature set between all new cams - simply because I know I don't have the time to do all that work for 7 cams (and some of the above I don't have).

On top of that, increased MOV time limit is fairly easy to add on D7 cams.

Raw video works on 200D and is practical but time consuming to port to other D67 cams. It does have significant quirks / bugs. Frame rates are reported oddly in MLV files, other metadata is missing, etc. Still useful, but feels "experimental quality".
