Define required testing for pre-supported cams

This ticket is for defining what testing we require in advance of a new release, for those cams that were supported by old releases.

Presently, that is this list: 100D 1100D 500D 50D 550D 5D2 5D3 (113 and 123) 600D 60D 650D 6D 700D 70D EOSM

Old releases would run some automated qemu testing, but, we accepted builds that didn't pass all tests. We can't run these tests anymore as they were dependent on specific rom dumps that I don't have access to.

There is also the selftest module. I don't know if this was part of testing for old releases.

What is an acceptable level of testing before releasing from the new repo?
