get_explorer_handle should return all (desktop) explorer.exe process

As the title indicated, when Launch folder windows in a separated process setting of windows explorer is enabled, sometimes uwd2 only inject the folder explorer process, not the process showing the watermark. I guess the process uwd2 need to inject is run without arguments per user session, including remote session.
