which bindings-hdf5 is the right one

On github I can find another hdf5 binding. I would like to know which one is the ^right^ one which could be uploaded into hackage.

it seems that this one seems more complete that the one in your repository.

I'm totally open to allowing @mokus0 to take over bindings-hdf5 on Hackage, since no one else has been maintaining the one in bindings-dsl.
