LanguageTool integration

Language Tool integrates spellcheck and grammar check, for 20 languages.

It would be amazing to have it integrated witin ReText, the same way we have spellcheck.

Maybe would be easier to implement LightProof, the default grammar checker in LibreOffice as it's written in Python. The thing is that it currently supports only few languages and and it's not getting much attention in terms of development.
