The API now throws a new 403 Client error

Today the API started throwing a new 403 Client error, it doesn't seem that updating the UA is solving it this time. Anyone with the same issue?

Someone else reported this ~2w ago & says changing UA from redfin to a real UA fixed it

I updated the UA to a real one and it's still not working, did it work for you?

I would welcome a different PR that forces the user to provide a user-agent string and makes a README note.
