[ Missing Api & Constants ] WTSAPI Family

Hi,

I would like to request coverage for the WTSAPI Family of Functions, Constants, etc.

I am using winapi version 0.3.9 - The current support I see avail is one function WTSQueryUserToken

I also see WTSAPI in MSDN is significantly large. I would like to help here, but my challenge is I don't know how to correctly translate the MSDN signatures to rust winapi and merge that here.

I would be happy to learn this time, and contribute this myself, just need a booster :)
