Can't connect to DNS

I've setup PegaSwitch and startet the DNS Server but when trying to connect my Switch to the DNS, my Switch returns a "Data Transmission failed" Error. Can someone help me with this Error?

try disabling your firewall completely or make sure your DNS settings are both set to your IP on the switch

also try a hard power down on the switch, hold down the power button until the switch turns off and try again. this resolved errors for me. if anything start over with your internet settings, start from scratch and be sure to only change your DNS settings

And i started anything from Scratch but that didnt help
