Custom console names and obfuscate mac address

Patch for issue #68. May also contribute to issue #41 but I don't have multiple consoles to test. Implements custom console names. Consoles identified by names instead of MAC address, so are obfuscated by default. consoles list also masks MAC address and can unhide with an option flag.

Seems to be working great with my two consoles. Once the tab completion thing is addressed, I'll merge.
