Does officially support Nodejs V18？

This is a question because the read me says support V14 and V16. Thanks

I'm not a member of the Restify developer team, so this is not an official response. But I can see that since Restify v10.0.0, there's a "feat!: support v18.x" commit

This commit makes tests to be executed with Node v18 (in addition to v16 and v14)
