new release

Hi there!

The current release v0.4.0 is about 4 years old at this point and I noticed that master has a new API.

Mind creating a new release for the new API? Thanks!

The main reason why there's no new release yet is that I haven't gotten around so far to make use of the new API in restic. My plan was to release the API after giving it a try in implementing https://github.com/restic/restic/issues/2446 (on the roadmap for restic 0.18.0). I can already make a release earlier on if someone gave the new API a try.
