image_convert returning error

Getting R7ERR_UPLOAD_FAILED every time a I submit a URL.

I tried a format of PNG, a url of http://rest7.com/langs/sr.png (one of your flag images) and my API key. I did it in the address bar as a GET, and I also tried it from the GUI at http://rest7.com/image_convert

Both methods yield
