Update CI Docker Image to official REST-for-Physics image

Update all uses of the previous image to the new image at https://github.com/rest-for-physics/rest-docker.

The image currently labeled as "reference" used for old Geant4 version (10.4.3) validatioon will remain the same and shall not be modified unless strictily necessary (hopefully never).
