Rename remove_delayed to remove_delayed_job

It would be better to rename remove_delayed to remove_delayed_job to match the remove_delayed_job_from_timestamp method name. This could be the other way around, I'm not sure which is the best way.

@meatballhat, is the above suggestion really going to add value? There is not much context here to make any sense out of it quickly. Let us close it, if not relevant anymore.

@ksinkar I tend to agree with @budu that the API is inconsistent. I'd like to address this in v3.x.x.
