I can't find where to clear or turn off the cache. Is this a feature that needs to be added?

While I appreciate all the work that went into building this tool, kinda annoying when I'm smashing the reload button, knowing I made changes, but not seeing them. Storage should be off by default, otherwise what's the point, if just as with any regular browser, I have to babysit cache here too?
