High CPU load and power consumption.

🐞 bug report

While loading and scrolling the web, I noticed a very high load on the processor and power consumption. CPU load jumps to more than 80% in the short term. 2021-02-08_11-12-10

We can keep this open to try to improve the performance of the app but I think this is an inevitable consequence of using Electron and showing several websites at the same time . what do you think @manojVivek ?

Can confirm. Just having responsively open in the background on M1 MBP my CPU was maxxed out and my mac temperature went up all the way to 144 degrees. Closed Responsively, and the everything went back to normal.

This may be similar issue with https://github.com/responsively-org/responsively-app/issues/621#issuecomment-945750550 at least the root cause may be the same.
