Extension is removed after closing and re-opening application

to reproduce: 1.) install extension: nhdogjmejiglipccpnnnanhbledajbpd (Vue js) 2.) open dev tools to check Vue dev tools are installed and available 3.) close responsively 4.) re-open responsively: extension is gone
