Does the app need an internet connection to install properly?

✍️ Description

After installation, the app asks for internet connection. I don't give it. As I understand it, without such connection app can't download itself functionality and even icons for app buttons? Why not include icons and scripts in the installation kit? P.S. I haven't tested installing an app with internet access.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

Download .exe for Windows, disable Internet connection, install, open.

Windows 10 (without Internet connection)

I managed to open the local file for viewing (at least some success!), but clicking again from the search history does not open it, I have to insert the full path manually :(
