Enable sorting for categories in modal window

System categories in modal window should be sortable (f. e. by title) or be displayed as category tree. Especially long unordered lists are very confusing.

Setting subject for testnewsletters does not work

Setting value for mod.web_modules.dmail.testmail has no effect.

F. e.: Typoscript configuration still contains `config.renderCharset` although this configuration option was removed in TYPO3 8.0 ([https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/main/en-us/Changelog/8.0/Breaking-73794-RenderCharsetOptionRemoved.html](url)).
