Dead letter queue-like design for Tasks

Describe the problem you are facing

We need to offer a better experience for when Tasks cannot be processed due to errors.

Similar to a DLQ, we need to let developers focus on identifying the causes of the errors. They should be able to investigate why the task could not be processed, and potentially perform new attempts to deliver the task.
