Perhaps this is a related but technically different issue, but per this user's first listening experience could we perhaps combine the language in these two prompts into one prompt? I'm not sure if the two separate prompts were to satisfy distinct legal requirements, but if they're not or if it's possible, it would probably be less chaotic for the user to have the information in both of these prompts combined into one.
